S327 is a one-component, non-sag silicone joint sealant specifically engineered for long-term weatherproof sealing of concrete expansion joints in airports, highways, tunnels, bridges and other heavy-duty infrastructure projects.
Featuring low modulus, excellent elastic recovery and outstanding UV and climate resistance, S327 reliably withstands extreme temperatures, strong ultraviolet exposure and repeated joint movement without cracking or loss of adhesion.

Application Notes
- Ensure joint surfaces are clean, dry and free from oil, dust or loose materials
- Rusted metal surfaces should be mechanically cleaned before application
- Compatibility testing is recommended according to GB 16776 prior to use
- Suitable application temperature5°C: 45°C
Frosted or damp surfaces must be completely dried before application
Limitations
- Not recommended for substrates that may bleed oils or plasticizers (eg certain rubbers or plastics)
- Primer is required when applied to porous substrates such as concrete or stone
- Not suitable for copper or copper-containing materials due to potential corrosion
