Specifications
S920 High Temperature Silicone Sealant is a one-component, neutral-curing silicone sealant designed for long-term use under extreme temperature conditions. It cures by moisture in the air to form a durable, elastic rubber with excellent heat resistance, flexibility and adhesion.
After curing, S920 maintains strong elasticity and bonding performance even at high temperatures, making it suitable for demanding industrial and construction applications. It can be continuously used within a temperature range of -50°C to 250°C.

Key Features & Benefits
- High Temperature Resistance: Long-term performance from -50°C to 250°C
- Neutral Cure Formula: Non-corrosive to most substrates
- High Elastic Strength & High Modulus
- Excellent UV Resistance & Thermal Aging Resistance
- Indoor & Outdoor Applications
- Strong Adhesion to aluminum, stainless steel, ceramic and glass
Typical Applications
- Heat exchangers
- Industrial chimneys and flues
- High-temperature tanks and vessels
- Sealing joints exposed to continuous heat
- Industrial equipment operating under thermal stress
Application Instructions
- Clean the joint surface thoroughly before application. Remove oil, grease, rust and old paint. Ensure surfaces are dry.
- For large joints, it is recommended to use a backer rod to control joint depth.
- Due to variations in substrates and application conditions, adhesion testing is recommended prior to use.
Important Notes
- Not recommended for use on copper surfaces, as discoloration or corrosion may occur.
- If used in contact with acids, alkalis, or industrial oils, pre-testing is required to evaluate adhesion and swelling resistance.
- Allow the sealant to fully cure before service. Uncured material will not achieve its final bonding strength or temperature resistance.
