Key Features & Benefits
- Neutral Cure Formula
Non-corrosive to most substrates, safe for sensitive materials. - Chemical Resistance
Resistant to acids and alkalis within pH 1–13. - Chlorine Resistance
Withstands organic chlorine disinfectants up to 500 ppm, suitable for water treatment and storage systems. - Wide Temperature Range
Maintains performance from -40°C to +120°C. - Excellent Elasticity & Adhesion
Forms a flexible rubber seal with strong bonding strength.
Applications
S925 provides excellent adhesion to the following materials:
- Enamel-coated surfaces
- Glass
- Ceramics
- PVC
- FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic)
Typical Applications
- Water tanks and storage tanks
- Pipelines and pipe joints
- Water treatment systems
- Industrial containers and reservoirs
Application Instructions
- Clean the joint area thoroughly before application. Remove grease, dust and contaminants.
- Ensure surfaces are dry. Do not apply on surfaces with condensation, frost, or ice.
- For porous substrates such as concrete or stone, the use of a primer is recommended.
- Due to variations in substrates and working conditions, adhesion testing is recommended before full application.
Curing & Usage Notes
Curing speed depends on ambient temperature, humidity and sealant thickness.
Full curing must be completed before the sealed equipment is put into service.
If used under immersion in organic solvents or industrial oils, adhesion and swelling resistance should be tested in advance.
Safety & Storage
Please read the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) carefully before use.
Store in a cool, dry place away from high temperature and high humidity.
Shelf life: 12 months in original unopened packaging.
