Product Construction
- Panel: Made of SUS304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.2mm, providing durability and easy cleaning.
- Furnace Body:
Upper furnace body and inner shell: SUS304 stainless steel, 1.2mm thick
Lower furnace body enclosure: SUS304 stainless steel, 1.2mm thick - Furnace Frame: National standard stainless steel angle steel, 30×30×1.0mm, ensuring a stable and solid structure.
- Door Panel: SUS304 stainless steel, 1.2mm thickness, designed for long-term commercial use.
Steaming Performance
Independent Chamber Control: Each steaming layer operates independently, effectively preventing odor mixing between different foods.
High-Efficiency Furnace Head: Equipped with an energy-saving grate; gas consumption is approximately 3–4.5 m³/h.
Heating System:
Furnace chamber, water tank, and heating plate are made of special stainless steel to reduce scale buildup.
Heating plate is fully immersed in water to increase heat exchange area.
Thermal efficiency exceeds 95%.

Ignition System: One-button ignition with automatic flameout protection for safer operation.
