MS204 Elastic Sealant is a single-component, moisture-curing sealant based on silane-modified polymer (SMP) technology.
It is specially developed for containers, truck bodies, buses and industrial enclosures, offering excellent elasticity, strong adhesion, fast curing and long-term weather resistance.

Typical Applications
MS204 is mainly used for waterproof sealing of joints and gaps in containers and vehicle bodies and can also be applied to interior and exterior joints of industrial integrated buildings.
Recommended Application Areas
- Sealing welded joints on roof panels, side panels and door panels
- Sealing floor joints, floor-to-wall and floor-to-threshold connections
- Waterproof sealing of ventilators and air ducts
- Waterproof and anti-corrosion sealing of rivets, bolts, hinges and nameplates
Application Notes
- Ensure substrates are dry, clean and free of oil or dust before application
- Remove surface rust or oxidation from metals (aluminum, copper, iron) before sealing
- Tooling should be completed before skin formation
- Can be recoated or painted after curing
- Recommended application temperature+15°C to +40°C
- In low temperatures, preheating below 50°C for 20 minutes is recommended
