MS500 is a single-component elastic sealant and adhesive based on advanced MS Polymer technology. It reacts with moisture in the air to cure into a durable, elastic rubber-like material.

The curing speed and open time of MS500 are influenced by ambient temperature and humidity. Higher temperature and humidity significantly accelerate curing, while lower temperature and humidity slow the process.

With its high modulus, excellent elasticity, and strong adhesion, MS500 is suitable for both elastic sealing and general elastic bonding across a wide range of substrates in industrial and manufacturing applications.

Usage & Storage Notes

• Ensure bonding surfaces are clean, dry and free of oil or dust before application.
• Remove rust or oxidation from metal surfaces prior to bonding.
• For large-area bonding where inner curing may be limited, use with a compatible curing accelerator.
• Complete assembly before skin formation to ensure optimal adhesion.
• Recommended application temperature: +15°C to +40°C.
• Store in a cool, dry place at 10°C – 25°C.
