Specifications
S900 Structural Silicone Sealant is a single-component, moisture-curing silicone sealant developed to meet the requirements of national standards for building structural glazing. It is suitable for elastic structural bonding applications in architectural construction and general structural bonding in industrial equipment.
After curing, S900 forms a durable elastic rubber with excellent resistance to weathering, UV radiation, ozone and extreme climate conditions, ensuring long-term performance in demanding environments.

Key Features & Benefits
- Outstanding weather resistance: Excellent resistance to UV, ozone and extreme temperatures
- High adhesion strength: Bonds well to glass, aluminum, stainless steel, ceramics and other common construction materials
- Long-lasting elasticity: Maintains flexibility over time, suitable for structural bonding applications
- One-component system: Easy application, moisture-curing at room temperature
- Compliant with structural glazing requirements: Designed according to GB 16776 standards
Typical Applications
- Structural bonding for glass curtain wall systems
- Elastic structural bonding of industrial equipment and components
- General-purpose structural bonding where high strength and durability are required
Application Guidelines
- Verify the mechanical properties of the sealant meet the design requirements of the building façade.
- Clean all bonding surfaces thoroughly; remove oil, dust and contaminants. Substrates must be dry before application.
- Corroded metal surfaces should be mechanically abraded prior to application.
- Compatibility testing is required according to GB 16776, using actual project materials before on-site application.
- Recommended application temperature: 5°C to 45°C. Do not apply on frosted or wet surfaces.
Limitations
- Not suitable for use as a weatherproofing sealant.
- Not recommended for substrates that may release oils or plasticizers (e.g. certain rubbers or plastics).
- For porous materials such as concrete or stone, primer requirements must be evaluated and verified.
- Not suitable for copper substrates due to potential corrosion.
Safety & Compliance Notice
When used as a structural silicone sealant, all performance indicators must be tested and verified in accordance with GB 16776 and project-specific structural design requirements.
